Mandy Elkins

I'm 50 years old, married, and born and raised locally in Albury. I have two children and five grandchildren. Having a close connection with spectrum disorders, I am very aware of the issues associated with them.

Over the course of my career, I have worked in high care, aged care nursing. The experience I gained from this led me into the disability field where I have been employed for the last four years. As a result of this experience, I have developed a deep passion for equality and advocacy. This is an industry I love working in and I have encountered colleagues and participants whose knowledge and determination never cease to amaze me.
