Behaviour Support Plans with NDIS - Respect and enforcement of human rights are priorities for CnC. In those cases where limiting rights is necessary, CnC ensures the least restrictive alternative is applied only if it is part of a comprehensive or interim behaviour support plan (BSP). Based on the instruction and training provided by a registered NDIS behaviour support practitioner, CnC is registered with NDIS for Module 2A - Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans. In light of CnC's operations in New South Wales and Victoria, our policies outline both state-based authorisation processes. Our service will work with people who use the service, their families, support networks, and advocates to find the most appropriate approach for each person who has their rights restricted.
